We promised some exciting gins from around the world and this month we are exceptionally excited to bring you an Australian gin, all the way from Manly Beach in Sydney – imported exclusively by WineOnline.ie for you and other gin box subscribers of TheGinBox.ie.

Manly Spirits Co. was born from the passion to create distinctive Australian spirits capturing the carefree beach life and coastal influence of Manly’s famed marine sanctuary. Made with sustainably foraged marine and native Australian botanicals, such as local sea parsley, ensures that the spirits they are producing celebrate the uniqueness of these ingredients and showcases what Australian spirits are all about.

They have four stills at Manly Spirits Co. Distillery and their custom designed Copper pot stills with innovative reflux condenser give them more control over the purity and flavour profile of all their gins. This allows them to craft fine and exquisite artisan spirits from Australian produce. Their unique range of Australian Gins are distilled, bottled and labelled by hand at their urban artisan distillery located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Their Coastal Citrus Gin is inspired by rock pools, sea spray and summer time. This is all about hazy summer days and balmy nights – perfect for our June gin box!

Tim Tams are Australia’s most popular chocolate biscuit so we couldn’t have an Aussie box without them.  Have you ever tried a ‘Tim Tam Slam’ ?! Hold your biscuit close to your hot drink, once the liquid has come through the biscuit, put the whole biscuit immediately into your mouth and enjoy the Tim Tam flavour bomb! Yes! A Chocolatey explosion in your mouth – Enjoy!

The tonic in this month’s box comes from Barker & Quinn all the way from South Africa. New to Ireland, it is made from natural ingredients including quinine, mixed together with mountain spring water to form the perfect tonic water.
