May’s gin comes from Newtown Mount Kennedy and the distillery is less than 2 years old. Bonac is handcrafted from start to finish at the family distillery. A blend of natural botanicals, Bonac is exceptionally smooth on the palate. While notes of Mint, Cucumber and pear deliver a fresh finish. Time spent on the East End of Long Island, in an area affectionally know by the locals as Bonac, gave Gavin the inspiration to create this perfectly balanced gin, expertly distilled and refreshingly individual.
Poachers well make premium Irish tonic waters, with 80% less sugar than Schweppes, made from the finest herbs and apples in Ireland. Last year, Poachers made an exclusive wild Elderflower tonic water, with wild elderflower from Macreddin Village, a mere 25 kms from Gavin and Michael’s distillery. We got the last two cases so you can truly enjoy an artisanal Co Wicklow gin and tonic this month.
